Healthy diet


Breakfast:

1. Glass yogurt
2.Tuna sandwich
3. Cup fruit salad












Mid-Morning

1. Glass of oatmeal
2. Banana
3. About nuts


















Lunch

1. 100g turkey breast
2. Portion of rice
3. Vegetable salad











Mid afternoon

1. Cup of oatmeal in flakes
2. Apple
3. Glass of water






Dinner

1. Egg omelette with cheese
2. Unsweetened natural juice



Tips

1. If you want to increase muscle mass I should consuming more calories on the day than what you normally consume

2. If you want to lose weight, you should avoid eating fried

3. If you want to burn fat I should doing cardio hiit or liss sessions in the day.

4. If you want to increase the lean mass you should consume after the exercise of weights 2 boiled eggs.

5. You must at least 3 times a week implement cardio sessions to benefit the cardiovascular system
